- Developed and manage a $1.5 million operating budget
- Supervise 30+ member maintenance staff with diverse ethnicity
- Designed, planned and coordinated numerous in-house renovations including bunker additions, putting green modifications & landscape overhauls
- Oversee processing of a complex foreign worker placement program to recruit a dependable work force.
- Created an aggressive equipment acquisition and turnover plan prioritizing fiscal responsibility and long range planning.
